Actually, only thing I received on recruitment is the commlink and the cuff. Guess they weren't expecting 'downtime' to be such a damn mess.

[That seems like a severe oversight on the CDC's part. Even in 'downtime', why would they not arm their new recruits immediately in case of trouble?]
