['It's doing a thing' didn't seem to cover it, and she's got about zero patience by this point so it's no surprise that what she comes back with is less than pleasant.]

FROM: tess@cdc.org

If I thought I could explain it I would have. Just come to the damn rover.

PKN7 training will begin shortly: the destruction of an entire planet does not win you the right to lay about growing soft. I suggest doing these exercises on your own or in pairs in order to prepare for what's ahead. If you require assistance, either Shepard or myself will be on hand to provide it.

If you want a list of the names of your fellow cadets, I will supply it.

FROM: sun.aeryn@cdc.org

Warm up - 5:00 with slow run / stretch arms and legs
Repeat this cycle of exercises non-stop 5-10 times:
- 10 Regular pushups
- 10 Regular situps
- 20 Lunges
0.5 mile run

[Spoilers: she's not well enough to even do these exercises at the moment, but that won't stop her from texting you with lofty expectations. Peacekeepers are nice like that.]

FROM: sun.aeryn@cdc.org

It won't be getting any easier from here on out. If you want to survive, you won't let yourself get soft.

That said, this is a suggestion, not an assignment: if you choose not to do it, I won't be reprimanding you for it.

NHD-C12-LRC-310's height without the shoes on is 165 centimeters. Because I said I would.

Of course. Nobody listens to me as it is, I have to make examples.
