PKN7 training will begin shortly: the destruction of an entire planet does not win you the right to lay about growing soft. I suggest doing these exercises on your own or in pairs in order to prepare for what's ahead. If you require assistance, either Shepard or myself will be on hand to provide it.
If you want a list of the names of your fellow cadets, I will supply it.

Warm up - 5:00 with slow run / stretch arms and legs Repeat this cycle of exercises non-stop 5-10 times: - 10 Regular pushups - 10 Regular situps - 20 Lunges 0.5 mile run
So I noticed you're with Sun and Shepard's program too. If we're going to be working together on the team, do you want to get together for that now and then?

If you've got a partner that's fine, so do I, but she's not Orange. Thought it might be good to do it that way, maybe even as a team group if we all want, since there's a few of us doing it.
That sounds like a good idea; I don't have an actual partner for the excercises but I've been getting some help from Shepard herself. She's one of my room mates.

I would be open to sharing some of the things I've learned from her, as well. How many of the others do you know? I'm afraid I've only met a few so far.
[Oh gosh, this is all very sudden! He'd been awake but reading when he receives the message, and immediately sits up to attention in his bed. Isaac wasn't anyone he knew, but any member of the crew who had died was cause for alarm.]

Understood. I'll be walking the ship as soon as possible. I'll message leadership if I encounter anything.
Yes, hello! Pleased to make your acquaintance. If you need anything from me do not hesitate to ask.
FROM: wurstel.ferdinand@cdc.org
For now, the teams are still attempting to work out a plan. I will call on you when our unit is needed. In the meantime, be alert and do not venture anywhere on the ship alone.
I have something to report. It might be related to the other casualties.

John Carver (Green Team) and Trevor Phillips (Red Team) have disappeared. They were previously rooming with me, and they have yet to return. I haven't been able to locate them, either.
So, I have updates, but unfortunately they're not too helpful.

I saw no signs at the scene that weren't visible as physical evidence. I was also allowed to see the bodies- same results. And I've sensed nothing moving as quickly as it apparently does.

One of the Blues talked about organizing a safe kind of hub and I volunteered to help with the domestic side of things, though I did tell her unit business comes first.

Lastly: I'm keeping an eye out for Orange's new blood. The ones I can sense- once I know their signature I can identify them when I feel them. It's up to you if you want them to know.
FROM: farrow.ryan@cdc.org SUBJECT: TEAM MEETUP? [this is a mass text]
So, some of you guys remember the pillow hole on Ajna... and now we have a ball pit. And blankets, and giant pillows, and I'm sure you see where I'm going with this, right? New recruits obviously weren't there, and given that some of you were also dead at the time, I think it's time we had a repeat.
Tomorrow at 15:00, assemble at the Rec Wing for a team get-together (unless you hate both fun and being comfortable, in which case-- well, I don't know what to tell you, actually.) There will be pillow and blanket forts, along with a team viewing of The Nightmare Before Christmas because I'm biased. We'll call it Earth media education.
And for seniors: Animal pajamas are not optional. I reserve the right to frown severely at you and possibly throw some of the ball pit's balls at your head when you're not looking.
Hopefully we'll see you there!
[ooc note: more info on this is available here if you haven't seen it! it is not at all a required meeting, just something put together for team bonding round 2. there will be a log posted on the 14th in the main log comm!]
